2.1 Information you give us
- Name, email, phone, company name when you fill a contact, callback or demo form.
- Message content you send via forms, email, WhatsApp or phone.
- CV and cover letter if you apply through our careers page.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device, referrer, pages visited, time on page (via Google Analytics 4).
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries, schedule discovery calls and send proposals.
- To deliver the services you engage us for (software, websites, training, etc.).
- To send service-related updates (maintenance windows, security notices).
- To improve our website and marketing (aggregated analytics, no profiling).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising to you on third-party platforms.
4. Legal bases (GDPR-style principles)
- Contract / pre-contract: responding to enquiries, delivering services.
- Legitimate interest: improving our site, security, fraud prevention.

5. Sharing and processors
We share data only with processors who act on our written instructions and provide adequate safeguards:

- Google Tag Manager (tag management).
- WhatsApp Business API (when you click our WhatsApp link).
- Our hosting/CDN providers (Vercel, Cloudflare) for site delivery and logs.
- Email delivery (if you contact us via mailto, your mail provider handles it).
We do not transfer personal data outside Nepal except to the processors above, who operate under standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Retention
- Enquiry / lead data: 24 months from last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
- Client project data: retained for the contract duration plus 7 years for accounting/legal compliance.
- Analytics cookies: 14 months (GA4 default), then auto-expire.
- CVs: 12 months unless you ask us to keep it longer for future roles.
7. Your rights
You may request, at any time:
- Access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion (where no legal retention obligation overrides).
- Restriction or objection to processing.
- Data portability (structured, commonly used format).
- Withdrawal of consent (for analytics cookies, marketing emails).

8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: HTTPS everywhere, HSTS, secure headers, limited staff access, encrypted backups, and regular dependency updates. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
9. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new Last updated date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
