How we work
We're a small team by design. Every engineer at Cyberium writes code, talks to clients, and owns features end-to-end. No handoffs, no account managers, no bureaucratic layers.
Our team spans full-stack development, cybersecurity, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and design. We build custom software, websites, and security tools for businesses across Nepal and India from our Nepalgunj headquarters.
We hire for curiosity and ownership over credentials. If you're an engineer who wants to build real products with a team that ships, check our open roles.
