Cyberium Technologies is a Nepalgunj-based IT company that builds custom software, websites, and cybersecurity solutions for businesses and schools across Nepal. Our only office is on Second Floor, Black Forest Cake & Fast Food building, New Rd, Nepalgunj, we have no branches, and we never pretend otherwise.
Clients in Nepalgunj, Banke, Kohalpur, and Rajhena can meet us in person and get on-site delivery. Clients everywhere else, from Dang and Kathmandu to Chitwan, Kaski, and the eastern Terai, work with the same team remotely, with scheduled on-site visits by arrangement where a project genuinely needs them.

Every engagement starts with a free discovery discussion over phone or video call, wherever you are in Nepal. If you are in Nepalgunj or Banke, you can also walk into our office on New Rd for a face-to-face meeting.

You receive a written proposal with scope, price, and timeline within 2–3 business days. Distance never changes this: the same clear paperwork covers a shop in Kohalpur and a school in Jhapa.

Remote build with staged demos
We build in stages and show you working progress over video calls and shared previews. Websites, software, and designs are reviewed online; feedback rounds happen in Nepali or English, whichever your team prefers.

Launch, training & support
Launch, staff training, and handover happen online for remote clients. Where an on-site presence genuinely helps, for example a school workshop or a go-live day, we travel from Nepalgunj by prior arrangement.

Questions about working with us remotely
Do you have offices outside Nepalgunj?
No. Our only office is on New Rd, Nepalgunj, Banke. We do not claim branches, partner offices, or staff in any other city. Clients outside Banke work with the same Nepalgunj team, remotely, with scheduled on-site visits where genuinely needed.
How do you deliver projects outside Banke?
Remote-first: discovery calls, staged online demos, and video-based training. Cloud-hosted software and websites need no local presence to build or maintain. For workshops and go-live support that benefit from being in person, we travel from Nepalgunj by prior arrangement.
Which areas of Nepal do you serve?

Can you visit our office or school in person?
In Nepalgunj, Kohalpur, Rajhena, and Banke generally, yes, in-person meetings are easy to arrange. Elsewhere, including Dang, Kathmandu Valley, Chitwan, Pokhara valley, and the eastern Terai, on-site visits are possible by prior arrangement and are planned around the project schedule.
How do support and maintenance work for remote clients?
The same as for local clients: maintenance plans cover updates, backups, and security checks, with support over phone and email 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday. Most issues are resolved remotely without anyone needing to travel.
